Continuing in Psalms 139:
Every day is a good day—not because life is easy, but because God is present. The Psalms remind us that we can bring every part of our lives before Him: the joys, the struggles, the doubts, the fears. He already knows us completely, and yet still loves us.

Psalm 139 teaches us that there’s nowhere we can run from God’s presence. Whether in the heights or in the depths, He is there. Even in the darkest places, His light surrounds us. That means we don’t have to hide our “thing”—whatever we’re wrestling with. God calls us to honesty, not perfection.

When we bring our whole selves before Him, He doesn’t just remove our struggles. Instead, He transforms us through them. God uses “the thing” we face to shape us into the likeness of Christ. This happens not by avoiding pain, but by meeting Him in it—through prayer, trust, and a living relationship with Him.

We’re beginning a new series in Psalms 139:

We begin by looking at how to navigate life’s storms with faith that holds steady. Paul reminds us that our hope isn’t anchored in changing circumstances, but in the unshakable promise of God’s presence and peace.

This isn’t about avoiding trouble, it’s about discovering joy and endurance right in the middle of it, knowing God works all things for our good.

Join us as we explore what it means to stand firm when the winds rise.
