Ways to serve

Find your
place.

Nothing here runs without people who show up. Most of them started by saying yes to one Sunday.

Why it matters

You learn the way of Jesus
by practicing it.

Serving isn't a job we need filled. It's one of the places where following Jesus stops being an idea and starts being a habit — and where most people here found the friendships that kept them.

How it works

Three steps,
no commitment yet.

01

Tell us where you're at

One short form. Say what you're curious about, or say you don't know — that's a normal answer.

02

Try it alongside someone

You'll shadow somebody who already does it. Nobody gets handed a role and left alone.

03

Pick your rhythm

Once a month, every other week, or one service a Sunday. You choose what you can keep.

The teams

Nine places
to start.

Sundays

Guest Experience

Doors, welcome, coffee, and helping people find their way. The first face a visitor sees.

Sundays

Worship

Vocals and instruments across both Sunday services.

Sundays

Media

Livestream, cameras, sound, lighting and slides. We'll train you on the gear.

Sundays

YFC Kids

Nursery through 6th grade, both services. Our biggest need, and the easiest place to start.

Wednesdays

Youth

6th through 12th grade. Lead a small group or just be a steady adult in the room.

Tuesdays

Young Adults

Ages 18–28, Tuesday nights at North Town Coffeehouse. Help build the room.

Through the week

Life Groups

Host a group, co-lead one, or open your home. Groups fill faster than we can start them.

Seasonal

Adult Education

Teach, facilitate or support classes and workshops.

Year round

Missions & Outreach

Local outreach, and supporting the missionaries we've sent.

Outreach

Being the church,
here and abroad.

Our vision for outreach is strategic, ongoing partnership with local and global organizations — a full-circle model, both here and abroad. By partnering with good organizations and leaders we share the Gospel through acts of service, building relational bridges that extend God's love around the world.

Locally

Five focuses

Supporting our adopted school, building community, providing housing, mentoring youth, and feeding those in need.

One form

Not sure which one?
Say so.

Tell us a little about yourself and we'll point you somewhere that fits. There's no wrong answer, and nothing you say here commits you to anything.
