A real university degree,
without leaving Yakima.
Your coursework is online through Life Pacific University — the same accredited degree their students in California earn. What happens here is everything else: four mornings a week in the building, a mentor who knows your name, and real ministry you are actually responsible for.

| Per year | Cost | |
|---|---|---|

| Life Pacific online | $12,350 | Same degree. No cohort, no mentorship |

- Monday – Thursday
- 9:00 – 12:00 — devotion, staff prayer, ministry track, mentorship, study hall
- Tuesday evening
- 6:30 – 8:30 — Young Adults at The Common House
- Sunday
- 8:00 – 12:00 — your ministry, setup to teardown
- Attendance
- Miss no more than 10% — and every church event
That is a real commitment and we are not going to pretend otherwise. It is also the whole reason this is different from taking classes online by yourself.
—I don’t know what I’m called to yet. That’s year one+
Most people who feel called get used, not built. Year one here is the opposite: four to six rotations, six to eight weeks each, through every part of how a church actually works — so you find out where you belong by standing in it, not by guessing.
Year two you pick one and own it. Years three and four you lead, apply for Student Staff and its $2,000 scholarship, or take a semester abroad.
—I’m older. Is this for me too? Yes — different door+
The internship is for 17 to 25 year olds. The degree is open to anyone, at any age, with greater flexibility and without the full weekly commitment — so you can finish a bachelor’s around work, family and the ministry you are already doing. Graduate and doctoral programmes run this way too.
—Who is actually teaching me? Two answers+
Life Pacific teaches the coursework — accredited faculty, online. Yakima Foursquare does the forming: a mentor every week, pastors you see on a Tuesday morning, and responsibility you are actually trusted with.
Formation before function. Faithfulness before leadership. Exposure before specialization.
Four mornings a week you are in a room with the same people, and on the fifth day you are responsible for something real together. That is the part no online programme can send you.

See it before
you decide anything.
Nobody should pick four years off a web page. There are three ways in, and none of them is an application.
- If you’re still in high school
- Tuesday nights, 6:30 – 8:30
Young Adults at The Common House. Our students are there every week. Come once, talk to them, go home.
- Any Sunday
- 9:00 or 10:30
Find whoever is running the thing you’re curious about — the sound desk, the kids’ rooms, the coffee. Ask them what their week looks like.
- If your mornings are free
- Sit in, Monday to Thursday, 9 – 12
For graduates, Running Start students with open mornings, and adult learners. Tell us which day and we’ll have someone expecting you.
- Spring cohort
- Begins January — exact date to be confirmed
