Our YFC Kids ministry is committed to Loving God, Loving People, and Serving the World through partnering with parents. We want to see students come to know and be encouraged in their personal relationship with Jesus.
We have Sunday school for kids from Nursery to 6th Grade
MEETS SUNDAYS @ 9AM & 10:30AM
Week 1
What does it mean to trust someone?
Who is someone you trust, and why?Elijah and the widow trusted God when they didn’t have enough. How has God provided for our family in big or small ways?
Sometimes life feels confusing, like the trust walk game. How can we listen to God and trust Him when we don’t know what’s ahead?
Exodus 34:6 says God is “full of love and faithfulness.” How does knowing this help us trust Him more?
Week 2
Psalm 23 says God gives us everything we need. What’s one way you’ve seen God take care of you or our family?
Psalm 23 also says God “makes us new.” What do you think it means for God to refresh our hearts or give us a fresh start?
Jesus the Good Shepherd – In John 10, Jesus says He knows His sheep and they know His voice. How can we practice listening to Jesus’ voice as a family this week?
Week 3
God is Generous – In Psalm 23, it says our cup “overflows.” What are some ways you see God giving us more than enough in our family’s life?
Jesus the Good Shepherd – In John 10, Jesus says He is the Good Shepherd who gives His life for the sheep. What does that tell us about how much Jesus loves and cares for us?
Living Generously – Since God is so generous to us, what is one way our family could share His love or good gifts with others this week?
Week 4 (10/5/25)
Unfailing Love – God says He never stops loving us, even when we forget Him. How does it make you feel to know that God’s love never runs out?
God’s Character – The Israelites sometimes forgot who God was. What helps you remember God’s love when you feel afraid or when life is hard?
Our Response – Since God never stops loving us, how can we show that kind of steady love to someone in our family, school, or neighborhood this week?
Practice our memory verse as a family:
The LORD passed in front of Moses, calling out, Yahweh! The Lord! The God of compassion and mercy! I am slow to anger and filled with unfailing love and faithfulness.
